- Voice recordings and call transcripts (recorded by default via Retell AI)
- Caller phone numbers, names, and other details the caller provides

- SMS message content related to missed-call text-backs

We also share with calendar providers (Google, Microsoft, etc.) when you connect them, professional advisors, and in connection with business transfers or law enforcement when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
4. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to the settings and retention periods applicable to your account (or as required by law).
5. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including the infrastructure provided by AWS and Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
